About

After a long career in Facilities Management I ventured into Real Estate Brokerage. I was mainly doing business in Condominium and Home Owner Associations. From there I learned about the myriad of laws and rules and regulations that effected how business was supposed to be done in those settings. I also learned that on average, most folks who bought into those types of home ownership were not really being properly educated as to what they were buying into. In my quest to learn how to better educate my buyers I came to realize that I would be of much better use to the public if I focused my knowledge from both of my former careers and became Gene Molloy, Property Manager.

I am currently employed by Summit Management Specialists, Inc. and I manage a ten property portfolio that consists of both Condominium and Homeowner Associations. I hold the CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certification from the Community Association Institute, and I am constantly in search of better ways to serve the people who choose Community Association living.
